Further studies show that our thoughts can do the same thing. These reactions can produce health, but if the thoughts and emotions are negative, they become toxic and leave us vulnerable to illness. Bruce Lipton author of Biology of Belief and Caroline Leaf author of Switch on Your Brain both show us that our belief systems (thoughts) rule our DNA.
